All of our garnishes are handcrafted in small batches in Los Angeles, California. A garnish item may be sold out in some cases, either due to high demand or the seasonality of fruits, which may not be available all year round.
We are not able to do anything about fruits that are out of season, but please allow 3-5 business days for us to meet production demands for items that are sold out.Q: HOW LONG WILL MY GARNISHES LAST?
A: Our premium garnishes last anywhere between 3 to 12 months or longer, depending on how and where you store them. It's best to remove the garnishes from the package after opening and put them in an airtight container, away from the sun, moisture and heat. Please refer to www.stilltasty.com for storage information. This site will provide food storage information sourced from various US Government agencies like the USDA and other reputable food & beverage companies.
Q: WHAT IS IN MY GARNISH?
A: 100% fruit.
Q: I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, CAN I RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING?
A: Currently, we are shipping our products to the following countries: USA and Canada. We offer free STANDARD shipping for purchases of $45 or more to US guests and $200 or more for our Canadian guests. Expedited shipping will be additional.
Q: CAN I CUSTOM ORDER MY GARNISHES?
A: YES. Please contact us and let us know what you need.
Q: CAN I ORDER IN BULK?
A: YES. If you need more than 200 pieces of garnish for any single item, please contact us first. Since we make all of our products in small batches, we want to make sure that we can accommodate your request. Otherwise, please allow 5-7 business days for us to meet your request. If we cannot meet your request, it is most likely that the fruit is out of season.
Q: ARE MY GARNISHES EDIBLE?
A: Our drink garnishes are for garnish use only. Although our garnishes are made with 100% whole fruit, without any additives, processed in sterilized and BPA-free equipment from rinsing to slicing to packaging, we still do not recommend consuming them. We will look into obtaining the proper permits in the future to make our garnishes and dehydrated fruits fit for consumption. In the meantime, eat them at your own risk.
Q: WHAT IS THAT LITTLE WHITE PACKET?
A: The white packet in your package of garnishes helps prolong shelf life by removing oxygen and/or moisture from inside the bag. We recommend storing your garnishes in an airtight container in a cool and dry area after opening.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: We ship next business day and shipment time will reflect your chosen rate at checkout: Standard (3-5 business days) and Rush (1-3 business days). For our Canadian guests, delivery time will vary by destination. Once your item is shipped, you will be provided with tracking information. If you need the item by a specific date, please contact us BEFORE placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q: IF I'M NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: Due to the nature of our products, and for sanitation and safety purposes, we do not accept returns. We stand by the quality of our products. However, customer service is of utmost important to us so if you don't like the product you received, please contact us right away and give us a chance to make it right for you.
